Rebecca is a general dental professional with the ability to provide a variety of treatments.
Rebecca joined the Practice as a foundation dentist In 2011, after graduating with her dental degree from the University of Manchester.
She carried out her in-practice training year with Brenda Macmillan and John Hunt as her Educational Supervisors and impressed everyone with her technical ability and manner. Hence, she was offered a permanent position to stay on at the Practice and has been here ever since.
Rebecca is now an Educational Supervisor to the new young foundation dentists that join the Practice each year to progress from student graduate dentists to competent general practitioners.
We have a strong team who all work well together and you will often find Lucy, a fantastic young dental nurse, working alongside Rebecca.
Rebecca is a very approachable, friendly member of our team. These characteristics help her in her role as an Educational Supervisor, a role which means she is responsible for mentoring young dentists who are still in training.
Since starting work at the practice she has bought a house, married and is now the mum to three children (a daughter and twin boys). So home life is pretty busy, but she does love being ‘mum’ and spending time with her family.
When she manages to get some spare time, she has a passion for baking and cake decorating and enjoys home workouts and going for walks in the woods with her family near where she lives.
